I've been going here for abt. two years now. Like any place you deal with there are good days and there are bad days. Here however there are far more GOOD days than bad. Everyone is polite and professional. Anything I need I make a simple phone call and it's taken care of. I have no problem with scheduling an appointment (unless half of Maryland is ill), getting my prescriptions refilled, etc.
This place is great from routine, every day issues. I read another review on here going on and on about their urgent care needs. This is NOT what Choptank is. They are a medical facility, NOT an urgent care center. If you are in need of urgent care then call 911 or go to an urgent care center.
Allison is a NP she does not no disorders and does not think of your well being before her own pay check. I have suffered several days calling repeated to get answers that are no we can't give u medication. Before I agreed for her to be my care giver I asked her can she handle my chrons and medications as I am a high risk patient and could not i go days without medication because she refuses to answer or return calls they keep saying they will call you back and don't. Please save your self. And DO NOT LET YOUR INSURAMCE PAY THESE NO COMPASSION DOCTORS I BEG U. JENNIFER MULLINS THE ONE WHO REPORTED THIS OFFICE AND ALLISON TO THE MEDICAL BOARD.
If it had a -1000 that's the rating I give advise anyone thinking of allowing Allison Bayner to be your care provider you turn around and run. I am a CROHNS patient in witch she agreed to follow yet I have lost 18 pounds in 5 days because of her refusing to return a call for 2 weeks and then refusing to fill my medication. The nurse Michelle that helps her is a fluke. Please you value your health body and self RUN FROM THOS OFFICE.
